How to test DC inverter Monobloc heat pump for heating and cooling

Publish Time: 2024-02-10     Origin: Site

Full DC frequency conversion, based on traditional air source products, applies DC frequency conversion control technology to meet the higher requirements for energy saving, comfort, and other aspects of users with improved needs. It is a leap in the combination of the demand side and the supply side of the household market, and can not be separated from the frequency conversion control support of the upstream supply chain. Here is how to test the DC inverter monobloc heat pump for heating & cooling.

  • Heating system

  • Test system

Heating system

At present, there are two main types of household air source heat pump water heaters on the market: constant speed and DC frequency conversion. DC inverter monobloc heat pump for heating & cooling has the advantages of adjustable output, high efficiency of the partial load operation, low-temperature failure reduction, the system can not be configured with a buffer water tank, and low noise operation. Constant speed air source heat pump adopts jet enthalpy increasing technology. From the structural form, household air source heat pump water heaters have integral and split two categories. The whole system does not need refrigerant pipe during installation, which is relatively simple to install on-site. However, the water system is placed outdoors, which has the risk of freezing. The split system requires a refrigerant pipe to be connected, but the water system installed in a relatively high-temperature room can be well to achieve frost protection.

Test system

The test parameters of the DC inverter monobloc heat pump for heating & cooling mainly include outdoor air temperature, outdoor air relative humidity, indoor air temperature, water supply/return water temperature of the heat pump system, circulating water flow, system electric power, and power consumption. The outdoor air temperature, outdoor air relative humidity, and indoor air temperature are tested after the heat pump system runs normally continuously. Temperature and humidity measurement points are arranged outdoors to monitor the outdoor environment. No less than 3 typical room temperature measurement points are selected to monitor the heating effect of the heat pump system. In the vicinity of the air source heat pump unit heating system main road (water supply or return water) set up ultrasonic heat energy meter, the installation of a straight pipe section should meet the front-end pipe length is not less than 10 times the diameter of the pipe, the back-end pipe length is not less than 5 times the diameter of the pipe requirements, does not produce gas accumulation. The ultrasonic heat energy meter monitors the flow, and the ultrasonic heat energy meter of the two temperature probes is installed in the supply and return water pipe. The electronic watt-hour meter transformer is set on the total power supply of the system to test the total input power and power consumption of the system. All test instruments shall be metrologically verified before use and validated during the test.

DC inverter monobloc heat pump for heating & cooling can be tested according to the above method.
