Super heating, Low-temperature heating without attenuation

In response to the low ambient temperature and high heat demand of industrial applications, the heat pump system adopts a heat exchanger with super large fins and a large low-temperature inverter compressor, which can absorb more heat at low temperatures. The heating capacity of the product does not attenuate at an ambient temperature of -12 ℃, and needs less installation space for the same heat demand.

The R515B eco-friendly refrigerant has a lower GWP and achieves a higher outlet water temperature (15 ℃ higher than that of conventional high-temperature water heaters). It is applicable in various industries.

The DC inverter compressor can operate within 1 Hz variable frequency. It can ensure that the compressor operates within a safe range of -20~43 ℃ and meet the energy demand of industrial enterprises throughout the year.

Electronic expansion valves, four-way valves, pressure sensors and other components are all high-temperature customized, which have a higher temperature tolerance (30 ℃) than conventional components and can ensure a safer and more reliable operation of the whole equipment within its service life of 15 years.

Dual stage coupling equipment with refrigerant has a higher energy efficiency

The enhanced intermediate heat exchanger has a high heat transfer coefficient, so that the refrigerant can exchange heat directly with a temperature difference of less than 5 ℃. When compared with water coupled products, there is one time less of heat exchange and no water pump energy consumption. The energy efficiency can increase by 10%.
