Stainless steel
The compressor is made of stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and can ensure the purity of steam. At the same time, it has good thermal stability and high-temperature strength, with little material deformation at high temperatures.
Multi-stage water spray cooling of compression chamber
Both the suction and exhaust sides are equipped with water spray holes, which can spray water at multiple positions during the compression process, effectively reducing exhaust heat and ensuring stable operation of the compressor at high temperatures.
Patented compressor rotor profile
We have specially developed a 5V7 tooth shaped high pressure ratio for steam turbines, which has such features as high volumetric efficiency, small pressure difference between adjacent teeth and low leakage.
Fully automatic PLC intelligent control
The operating parameters of various positions in the system can be accurately collected through high-precision sensors, and uniformly transmitted to the PLC controller. The PLC controller will then execute the system control logic based on these parameters, and realize fully automatic operation under control.
Backup configuration of core accessories
The oil pump, water pump, and filter in the system all have backup configurations. When a component needs maintenance, cleaning, or replacement, the backup component can be put into use to ensure the normal operation of the system.
Bellows compensator
The pipeline system is equipped with a bellows compensator, which can compensate for displacement and absorb vibration.
Variable frequency + direct drive
The drive motor and the compressor are connected through a coupling, so that it has a higher torque transmission efficiency. The coupling is easy to install or to replace. The combination of permanent magnet synchronous motor with frequency converter can realize stepless speed regulation, and the motor speed can be adjusted in a timely manner according to the working conditions.
